Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for all purchases with the exception of custom orders. For custom orders 50% payment must be made in advance in order to begin work on the piece. Upon approval of the final product for a custom order the remainder of the payment shall be made. Payments can be made by credit card through the website, and for custom orders you will receive an email invoice to be paid via paypal.
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
All shipping charges (with the exception of custom orders) are flat rate shipping, and should arrive within 7-10 business days.
ESTIMATED SHIP DATES
Please reference individual products for current shipping lead times. However, most products ship within 1 week.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped.
If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, upon receipt of your product, you are unsatisfied please contact us and we will seek to replace your product with a similar product. In this instance, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
